The European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle).

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general law (§ 7 (1) DDG).
